Chef Bob Sidleck is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and brings over twenty years of culinary expertise to The Waterfront. His staff includes several other culinary school graduates and provides additional expertise in food presentation and pastry creations. The Waterfront is proud to bring to the table diverse menu selections that match the palate of the most discerning customer.
The Waterfront’s goal is to bring customers the best possible local ingredients. All of their beef is certified USDA choice or higher, aged in house, and cut by their chef daily. Even thier ground beef is prepared in house. Their seafood arrives daily from docks on the Eastern Seaboard. Seasonal produce is grown and harvested within miles of the restaurant. They pride themselves in creating all of their menu items from “scratch” to assure customers the finest natural dining experience available.
To top your meal off, their desserts are prepared by their in house pastry chef, Shannon McSherry. She makes all their dessert items with the finest ingredients, with a special innovative twist on American regional desserts. More than one visitor has declared them “to die for”.
